Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking an experienced Production Engineer in Gloucester to oversee manufacturing processes, drive efficiency and ensure top quality in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves designing and optimising production processes, analysing data, coordinating with supply chain and planning teams, and resolving issues to maintain schedules.

Qualifications

• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field.
• Experience / knowledge of working within a CNC machinery environment
• Experience with Six Sigma methodologies
• Proficiency in SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD software

Responsibilities

• Oversee manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and maintaining high quality.
• Design, implement, and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and quality.

My client who are a globally recognised manufacturing business are seeking an experienced Production Engineer. The role will be working within a fast paced manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Permanent / On site

Role and Responsibilities – Production Engineer

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency and making sure quality is of the highest standard. Other responsibilities include:

• Design, implement, and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
• Manage within production schedules and coordinate with supply chain and planning teams.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during production.

Experience or Qualifications – Production Engineer
