Job summary

SYOS Aerospace is seeking a hands-on Production Engineer to drive the transition from prototype to repeatable manufacturing across maritime systems. You will connect Engineering, Supply Chain and Production to create clear plans, schedules and critical materials for delivery.

You will work to streamline build flows, reduce blockers, and ensure manufacturing processes meet requirements while collaborating across teams to keep programmes moving at pace.

Qualifications

• Experience in production engineering, manufacturing engineering or production planning.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
• Ability to coordinate complex builds and manage competing priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a practical, hands-on approach.
• Experience working across Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain teams.

We are looking for a Production Engineer to help bring our maritime systems from concept and prototype through to production and delivery. This is a hands-on role that connects Engineering, Supply Chain and Production - creating the structure, processes and coordination needed to deliver advanced autonomous vehicles at pace.

You’ll play a key role in improving how we build, supporting the transition from prototypes into repeatable production, and ensuring our teams have the plans, materials and processes needed to succeed.

What You'll Do
