Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is partnering with a Chelmsford-based engineering firm to recruit a Production Engineer to support manufacturing, drive process improvements and help transition new designs into stable, repeatable production.

You will work on fault finding, line support and ensuring designs are ready for efficient, scalable build, contributing to high-reliability products across aerospace, medical, and industrial applications.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting manufacturing in an electromechanical or electronics environment.
• Hands-on approach with strong fault-finding skills.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and design for manufacture principles.

Responsibilities

As production demand continues to grow, they are looking for a Production Engineer to support manufacturing, improve processes, and help transition new designs into stable, repeatable production.

In this Production Engineer role, you will:
