Your newpany: This is a new and exciting permanent opportunity for a well-known industry leader in high-integrity fabrication, welding, tube manipulation & machining based in the West Midlands. Established in 1974, this company specializes in manufacturing for industries such as power generation, petrochemical, oil & gas, environmental, and nuclear. They operate 8 purpose-built workshops covering over 80,000 sqft, including a 10,000 sqft clean conditions area, equipped with overhead cranes ranging from 5 to 100 tonnes. Certified to ISO 9001, 14001 & 18001, and holding BS EN 1090 pt. 2 and various ASME stamps, they are recognized for quality and safety, including being fit for nuclear manufacturing. They produce heat exchangers, pressure vessels, pipework, tanks, and structural components.
Your new role: They seek a dynamic and experienced Director of Production (Fabrication) to lead their production department and support future growth. This senior management role involves overseeing fabrication workshops to ensure efficient operations.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a Production Director or senior management within fabrication or manufacturing SMEs, or be a manager seeking career progression.
