We are seeking a Production Director to join our team at our 35,000 sq ft state-of-the-art site in Merstham, Surrey.

• Experience in various production processes, including carpentry and metalwork

Responsibilities include:

• Being an active member of the leadership team, setting standards, driving innovation, and fostering an inclusive culture that values challenge
• Collaborating across business functions, especially between account management, workshop, and technical teams
• Coordinating, prioritizing, and organizing all aspects of the production process
• Scheduling and communicating projects, considering capacity and requirements
• Ensuring the quality of final outputs exceeds expectations
• Delivering projects on time, within budget, and according to brand guidelines
• Analyzing project data to meet margin goals
• Assessing scheduling tools, identifying best practices, and implementing strategies
• Leading onsite activations as a senior team member
• Managing pre/post-installation processes for activations, ensuring documentation like RAMS and Critical Paths are fit for purpose
• Providing project status reports, managing timesheets and budgets using GANTT charts and schedules
• Promoting sustainability activities and initiatives
• Researching, advising, and implementing procedures to meet business needs
• Chairing weekly production meetings
