A cutting-edge, innovative printing company, making sizable investments into variable data, is seeking a standout Production Director. This role involves taking control of the manufacturing site, with direct responsibility for a large workforce, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively.

Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience leading teams in a senior managerial role, working to high standards within a company providing either DM or TM services. A strong understanding of IT would be highly beneficial to stand out from the crowd.

As the head of all manufacturing operations, you will need a solid working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma processes to implement improvements. You will work closely with other senior managers to deliver continuous improvement. You must also be confident in managing budgets efficiently.

With years of experience in a similar position, you should have developed relevant communication and managerial skills to earn the respect of your team and establish yourself as an authoritative figure on site.
