Mozilla Marketing Team in the United Kingdom is seeking a meticulous Production Designer to lead the visual execution of assets for film, digital, and advertising campaigns. You will ensure consistency from concept to completion and collaborate with creative directors, producers, and marketing partners.

You’ll design high-volume assets, manage templates and timelines, and oversee asset delivery across platforms while maintaining brand standards and platform best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Production Design or related field.
• Proven experience as a Production Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative execution and technical skills.
• Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma).
• Experience with AI image and asset generation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong understanding of brand design, campaign creative, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with meticulous attention to detail and craft.
• Understanding of the marketing funnel and extensive experience with high-volume media delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Design and execute high-volume visual assets across digital ads, social content, and campaign visuals.
• Oversee rapid production of assets ensuring brand guidelines and quality standards.
• Create and maintain templates, style guides, and visual components for scalable asset creation.
• Manage production timelines and resources to deliver assets on schedule.
• Source and manage stock photography and visual resources within budget.
• Supervise final preparation and delivery of assets across platforms and formats.
• Ensure visual and brand continuity across high-volume advertising touchpoints.
• Stay current with platform-specific design practices and emerging ad tech.
