R.A.D® is seeking a Production & Creative Manager to lead our internal media team and coordinate with external agencies. You will manage production processes, budgets, shoots, and agency relationships to deliver high-quality content on brief and on time.

The role reports to the Media Director and works with Marketing and other stakeholders across the business. It is a full-time, on-site position based in our Waterloo London office.

Responsibilities

  • Be the link between the marketing team and external creative agency.
  • Own the deliverables sheets and deadlines.
  • Understand each deliverable in detail and plan execution.
  • Ensure deliverables are clear and up to date.
  • Manage and communicate with agencies when changes occur or new deliverables arise.
  • Oversee the approval process with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintain clear briefs and delivery deadlines with the external agency.
  • Provide assets needed to execute across all channels from concept to delivery.
  • Organise and execute shoots, including stakeholder management, models, props, videographers/photographers, locations, scheduling.
  • Own production and postproduction of all ecomm shoots and other shoots as required.
  • Work with the Media Director to optimise shoots and budgets and improve processes.
  • Always seek ways to improve and drive delivery.
  • Own and report on production budgets.

The Role: R.A.D® is looking for a Production & Creative Manager to manage R.A.D®s internal media team and own the coordination and communication with our external creative agencies. The candidate should be highly experienced in production management, cost forecasting/budgeting, shoot production and agency management. This role will focus on overseeing the processes, systems and resources that support creative projects, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of high-quality content - delivered on brief and by deadlines. This is not a creative role. This role reports to the Media Director, with a close working relationship with our external agencies and R.A.D® marketing teams. The role will also involve working closely with other key stakeholders across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Be the link between the R.A.D® marketing team & external creative agency.
  • Own the deliverables sheets.
  • Understand each deliverable in detail and make plans on how to execute each one.
  • Ensure the deliverables are clear and kept up to date.
  • Manage and communicate with our creative agencies when things change or new deliverables get added.
  • Manage the approval process – ensuring all relevant stakeholders have had input into the creative process at the relevant times.
  • Manage the working relationship with our external creative agency to ensure clarity of briefs and delivery deadlines.
  • Provide them with what they need to ensure deliverables are delivered on time.
  • Enable the marketing department to be successful by overseeing and coordinating the production of all assets that are needed to execute across all channels, from concept through to delivery.
  • Organise and execute shoots, sometimes at short notice, working closely with relevant stakeholders. This will include; managing stakeholders, procuring models, organising products/props, sourcing videographers/photographers, locations, scheduling, working with Marketing on deliverables.
  • Own the production and postproduction of all ecomms and any other shoots as required.
  • Work with the Media Director to optimise shoots, budgets, post-production and any other areas for improvement, automation and efficiencies.
  • Always thinking ‘how could we have done that better’.
  • Own & report on production budgets.
Requirements
  • Highly organised with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Key point for communication between internal teams and external agency – proactively confirming feedback / deadlines / product delays.
  • Proactive in all aspects of the role and able to implement processes that make the whole production process as efficient as possible.
  • Assertive and confident in managing relationships at all levels of the business; holding internal and externals teams to task while also being able to manage expectations and push back where necessary to prioritise asset delivery.
  • Able to operate under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has a can-do attitude, always finding a way to drive progress/delivery.
