Job description

Hours: 40 hours per week | between 06:00 and 16:30 Monday to Thursday

Are you a proactive leader with a passion for manufacturing? We're looking for a Production Coordinator to oversee our Orus Production area in Worksop.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Allocate tasks, ensure understanding, and maintain high morale.
  • Production Management: Support the team, adjust line balancing, and report throughput issues.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct audits, promote quality ownership, and ensure compliance.
  • Health & Safety: Promote safety awareness and report incidents accurately.
  • Continuous Improvement: Assist with Kaizen Trackers and promote best practices.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Knowledge: Understanding of manufacturing processes and health & safety standards.
  • Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, team supervision, and working to deadlines.
  • Skills: Problem-solving, reading technical drawings, and effective communication.
  • Qualifications: Relevant vocational qualification in manufacturing or engineering is desirable.
