Job description

We are working with a well-established fashion supplier who are seeking a Production Coordinator / Merchandiser to join their team working with ladieswear multiproduct driving the entire production process ensuring designs are produced, manufactured, designed, and delivered in an efficient, high-quality manner.
Based in the London office, you will be working across high street retailers and volume accounts. You will have excellent Excel / admin skills and experience with PLM systems, as well as strong fabric knowledge, and must have passion and drive to support the wider teams. They are looking for a friendly, team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment!

Main responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining critical path, monitoring, and managing key production and seasonal dates
  • Oversee order management, from confirmation to delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and buyers to ensure smooth operations
  • Monitor production schedules and resolve any potential delays or issues
  • Chasing production, development, and fit samples
  • Approving bulk fabrics and lab dips
  • Provide support in the showroom, ensuring samples are correct and up to date.
  • Work closely with Garment Techs, Designers and Production teams, providing full support on critical path updates


Person specification:

  • Previous experience within production / merchandising role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A keen eye for detail with proficiency in Excel and experience with PLM systems
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Able to prioritise efficiently and work to deadlines
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach
