About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and adaptable Production Coordinator with a minimum 2-3 years industry experience in either digital or TV, and at least one year of experience as a production co-ordinator to join the Veritaisum team. This role will support the smooth running of our YouTube channel producing our videos every month. This role requires someone enthusiastic, highly organised, and ready to take on a wide variety of tasks — from straightforward admin and logistics, through to more complex production duties as workflows and processes are established. You will be an essential part of a small, hands-on team where initiative, common sense, and flexibility are key.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day production coordination across shoots, edits, and channel
• Handle bookings (find crew, and organise travel, accommodation, kit hire, locations).
• Prepare and circulate schedules, call sheets, and contact lists.
• Support production paperwork (releases, etc.).
• Manage production expenses, purchase orders, and petty cash.
• Liaise with contributors, talent, crew, and suppliers in a professional, approachable manner.
• Oversee delivery of assets between production and post-production.
• Track content deliverables and upload schedules for the channel.
• Support with data wrangling, basic file organisation, and handovers to editors.
• Be flexible to take on ad-hoc duties as the channel evolves, from helping on set to problem-solving in post.

Skills and Experience

• Experience as a Production Secretary, Coordinator, or similar role (TV, digital, or branded content).
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills — written and verbal.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities.
• Tech-savvy, with confidence using production software, such as Slack, Google Drive, & cloud-based storage, etc., and Google Sheets.
• A genuine interest in YouTube and unscripted content.
• Knowledge of health & safety and basic compliance processes is desirable, but not essential.
