Description & Requirements For our Equity Research division in London we are looking to hire a
Production Coordinator
Your role in the team
The role will be to work in the Production team based within the Equity Research department. The hours will be 8am – 5pm, working in the office.
Your Profile

  • Very good working knowledge of MS Office—specifically
    • MS Word (formatting research reports)
    • PowerPoint (formatting presentations)
    • Excel (creating charts)
  • Will be responsible for distributing research reports electronically via our in-house database
  • Would also benefit from a working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

  • Has proven desktop-publishing skills
  • Brings experience from an investment-banking or other financial-services environment
  • Operates well as a collaborative team player
  • Demonstrates excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication
  • Is disciplined, highly organized, and able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
