Job summary

Lumina Drones Ltd. in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire, is seeking a Production Coordinator to own technical production across our programme.

Qualifications

• Able to read and interpret technical specifications.
• Strong relationships with suppliers or ability to build them quickly.

• Will ingness to travel, including internationally.

Lumina Drones produces large-scale drone light shows across the UK and Europe. In the past year we welcomed over 400,000 people to our events, with plans for an international tour across 50 cities.

We're hiring a Production Coordinator to own technical production across the whole programme.

The role

• Manage the delivery of production across all our B2B and B2C projects
• Coordinate production for every event — audio, lighting, staging, power and site infrastructure
• Source equipment, negotiate with suppliers and manage the production budget
• Build and maintain our AV asset list, and help us decide what we own versus what we hire
• Write and maintain technical specifications so suppliers quote against a consistent brief
• Work with our safety consultants, venues and Safety Advisory Groups on production-related documentation
• Manage install and derig schedules, and be on site for events

What we're looking for

• Experience coordinating technical production for live events, festivals or touring
• Working knowledge of audio and lighting systems, and comfort reading a technical spec
• Strong supplier relationships, or the ability to build them quickly
• Organised, numerate, and calm when a schedule changes at short notice
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, including internationally
