Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. We are a company specialising in rapid prototyping, low-volume production, and manufacturing consultancy. With a focus on precision, innovation, and client satisfaction, the company provides a comprehensive range of services.

The company is currently implementing an ERP system (Enterprise Resource Planning). The candidate will have experience in this type of system or related resource planning systems.

Responsibilities

  • Utilising and working within ERP.
  • Working to maximise potential of ERP.
  • Raising purchase orders and implementation within ERP system.
  • Ordering from ERP produced shopping list and chasing suppliers as appropriate.
  • Tracking orders and investigating delays.
  • Managing supplier agreements/assessments.
  • Overseeing sub-contractor work scheduling and management of activity.
  • Matching delivery notes to invoices within database.
  • Making sure relevant safety documents (statement of conformity) documents are obtained.
  • Ordering company supplies and raising relevant purchase orders.
