Physically able to lift ingredients.

Responsibilities

Weighing out ingredients.
Cooking of ingredients in large kettles by following specific processes.
Challenging any issues in the cooking process.

Production Cook wanted in Malton, North Yorkshire

PAY: £13.88 per hour

HOURS: 4am – noon/ noon – 8pm

DAYS: Monday – Friday

Role responsibilities include:

Weighing out ingredients.
Ability to follow a flow sheet, which in essence is a recipe card and be physically able to prepare and lift ingredients into a kettle.
Cooking of ingredients in large kettles by following the specific cooking process.
Ability to follow processes and challenge any issues.
Attention to detail.
Great communication skills.
