Job summary

Ovarro est à la recherche d'un Contrôleur de Production pour le site d'Eckington. Ce rôle consiste à aligner les capacités de production avec les exigences de demande, en optimisant la planification des ressources nécessaires. Le candidat idéal aura de l'expérience en planification de fabrication et sera capable de gérer les inventaires efficacement tout en collaborant étroitement avec les équipes de production et d'ingénierie.

Qualifications

• Expérience antérieure en planification/manutention de données.
• Compétences sur ERP et Excel.
• Compréhension de MRP est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Planifier et programmer le travail dans l'usine selon les exigences clients.
• Gérer les inventaires et les rapports pour le site d'Eckington.
• Mettre à jour les données du système en collaboration avec l'équipe d'ingénierie.

Job description

To enable this, we need team members who fully live our OneTeam value which is at the heart of everything we do at Ovarro. We are now looking to hire a Production Controller who will take responsibility for aligning supply capability to demand requirements for products handled by our Eckington site.

You will add impact at Ovarro by;

• Working closely with production team to effectively schedule work through the facility aligned with customer requirements and capacity planning, ensuring that all materials required for build are available.
• Helping to prioritise and plan the factory workload, including the planning of jobs and forecasting of raw material supplies
• Taking responsibility for the management, forecasting, and reporting of inventory metrics for the Eckington site, including management of Excess and Obsolete stock.
• Management of system data, engineering change notices and bill of material updates, working closely with the engineering team.
  
  

Candidates should have;

• Previous experience working in a Manufacturing Planning/Master Data Role
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products – Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams
• Experience of working on an ERP system
• Understanding of MRP
• Proven experience in data analytics/PowerBi would be advantageous
