Working exclusively with an international advanced pharmaceutical company, I am currently supporting a key hire within a growing sterile manufacturing facility.

This position is a hands-on production scientist role within a significantly expanding area of pharmaceutical science, operating in a highly regulated GMP facility. With a clear training and progression plan from day one, you will see the pathway for advancement and the rewards in terms of development and remuneration.

As you will be working in small teams, a flexible and adaptable approach is critical.

This position will be shift-based and include nights – a flexible mindset is essential for this role.

Key experience:

• Educated to degree (or equivalent) in a Life Sciences subject
• Previous regulated laboratory or production experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of aseptic working environments (aseptic technique, sterility) is helpful
• Understanding of GMP principles or the ability to work to strict regulated procedures
• Flexibility to work shifts
