Job summary

Brewhouse & Kitchen in the United Kingdom is seeking a dedicated Production Chef to join our kitchen team. You’ll be preparing and cooking a range of dishes, ensuring food safety standards are met and that guests enjoy a flawless dining experience.

Work with a collaborative team to deliver consistent quality, manage prep and mise en place, maintain cleanliness, and support menu launches across shifts in a busy pub environment.

Job description

Role Purpose

Our food menus are incredibly important to us, so naturally a strong and professional kitchen team are absolutely essential to the success of the pub. You will live and breathe food, be passionate about detail and take pride in your work. Excellent communication skills are key within this role as is developing rapport with the wider team, understanding the shared goals and working collaboratively to achieve them.

As part of our Kitchen Team, you’ll be preparing & cooking food in our kitchens with a range of different equipment, you’ll ensure your pub kitchen adheres to all food safety regulations and work cohesively with your team to deliver flawless execution and a great guest experience.
