Brazier and Welder (Silver, Brass, Aluminium, Stainless Steel) - Denham, UK

Salary: £30,000 per annum

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (flexible start times for the right candidate)

We are seeking a skilled Brazier and Welder to join our team in Denham. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, from intricate brazing work to certified welding of various materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brazing: Perform low-temperature silver and high-temperature brass brazing on components such as stud plates, trombone tubes, and single end fitting pipes.

• Welding: Carry out welding of aluminium, stainless steel, and mild steel to certification standards.

• Fabrication & Finishing: Set and operate a spot welder, deburr, polish, and clean all workpieces. Conduct ball bearing tests on all welding and brazing work to ensure quality standards are met.

• Development & Maintenance: Contribute to Proof of Concept and other development welding activities. Provide welding support to the maintenance team as required.
