Job Description

The Production Assurance function within Operations Management provides governance for detecting unauthorized application changes in the Production environment. Responsibilities include managing the Lookback process, supporting vendor reviews, coordinating with IT stakeholders, and implementing File Integrity Monitoring solutions to replace manual controls.
