We are looking for a Production Associate to join the Raytheon UK Production team at our onsite factory, producing high-quality electronic products for the Aerospace and Defence industry. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Glenrothes or Livingston, with on-site work only due to the nature of production tasks.

The role involves:

  • Soldering
  • Mechanical and wiring assembly
  • Following all quality, health, and safety guidelines
  • Following technical instructions
  • Bonding and coating
  • Using computer skills for administrative tasks
  • Successfully completing BPSS baseline background checks (UK residency required)

Training will be provided on-site for the first 5 weeks. Interviews are scheduled for August/September at the Glenrothes site, with assessments lasting 3-4 hours, usually Monday to Thursday. Candidates should be available for interviews during this period.

This role is suitable for candidates with a technical background, or those with experience in factory, manufacturing, or engineering roles. It is also suitable for recent graduates interested in starting a career in manufacturing or electronics.
