The Position
We are currently looking for various Production Assistants to join our Manufacturing team in Warwick. These roles are spread across our tablet and packaging teams, responsible for carrying out duties associated with the production of natural healthcare products.

Key responsibilities will include (role dependent):

• Tablets: carrying out granulation, mill/blend, tabletting, encapsulation and coating tasks.
• Packaging: all products in accordance with specifications in an efficient and safe manner, including capping, shrink-wrapping and packing products into shippers.
• Perform all tasks in accordance with Integria’s Standard Operating Procedures, Quality Guidelines and Workplace Health & Safety requirements.
• Maintain all necessary records in a neat, accurate and timely fashion, ensuring all transactions are documented using electronic systems and BRF’s.
• Report any deviations, errors or mistakes promptly to the Production Supervisor.
• Actively participate in the LEAN continuous improvement program.
• Ability to work as a team member in a manufacturing environment.

Our ideal candidates will possess:

• Previous experience working in a similar role within the food industry or a manufacturing environment will be highly regarded.
• Experience with manufacturing systems is desirable.
• Sound communication and customer service skills.
• Sound numeracy and literacy skills.
• Ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively.
• Ability to apply quality assurance procedures to all duties.
• Ability to produce work of a consistent and high level of quality.
