The Role

We are seeking a Production Assistant to join our growing team. This role is vital in supporting our Bespoke Jewellery Team and ensuring the smooth operation of our production department.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Head of Bespoke with daily administrative tasks
• Assisting with bespoke enquiries and quotations
• liaising with suppliers
• Quality control of CAD designs and finished products
• Preparing condition reports for clients' stones
• Ensuring timely delivery of orders

Requirements

• Experience in Fine Jewellery is essential
• Knowledge of diamonds & gemstones is preferred but not mandatory
• High standards of quality control
• Meticulous attention to detail
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication skills
