The Role

Our Creative and Studio team is looking for a motivated and hands‑on Production Assistant to join us at SEVENSTORE. This role supports both studio and production functions, managing daily product flow, supporting the Creative Lead on brand campaigns, and assisting in the production of internal creative projects. You will be highly organized, proactive, and adaptable, turning your hand to whatever the day requires.

Responsibilities

Studio

• Daily management of product flow in and out of the studio, logging intake numbers and maintaining Studio and Product Trackers.
• Daily preparation of apparel, footwear and accessories for e‑commerce production, steaming apparel to an e‑commerce‑ready standard and preparing footwear and accessories for still‑life product shooting.
• Ad‑hoc support across the studio function, collecting deliveries, welcoming visitors, processing returns, and keeping the studio tidy and organized.

Production

• Support the Creative Lead on internal and third‑party brand campaigns, coordinating accommodation and travel bookings, researching and sourcing locations.
• Raise and document purchase orders for studio operations, freelance bookings and creative campaigns, ensuring accurate records.
• Assist with post‑production budget reporting, including weekly receipt submission for all creative shoots.
• Maintain the studio shoot calendar, track upcoming production dates and flag conflicts or resourcing gaps.
• Produce internal creative shoots with a mid‑weight photographer and stylist, managing budget, model sourcing, location booking and on‑set operations.
• Act as a key point of contact during campaign shoots, resolving on‑set queries and ensuring smooth execution.
