Job Description

Jellyfish is looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. You will support one of our main clients, a global fashion and sports brand, working with a dedicated 22+ person team.

As a Production Assistant, you will play an important part in the running of the day-to-day. You will report to our Senior Production Operations Manager and work with Producers to improve the production vision whilst logistically supporting the team to ensure administrative tasks are happening.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Be the finance authority on the finance process, understanding all facets of the process and managing beginning to end.
• Be the main person of contact both internally and externally, on PO requests.
• Work with the Production Operations Manager to provide solutions for the operating model.
• Manage production job numbers, timesheets, and briefs, through briefing platforms.
• Ensure all team meetings, kit, onboarding, and file access are up to date.
• Support and understand Travel and Expense policies.
• Manage all onboardings of new starters.
• Ensure that all Business Affairs paperwork is consolidated and filled during and after the shoot.
• General admin around samples, final reconciliations, and the archiving of complete business paperwork and asset data.
• Occasional production support.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience in the sports or fashion industry.
