Job summary

Pertemps Bond is recruiting on behalf of a manufacturing client for a Part-Time Production Assistant to join a friendly, established team. You will support the assembly department with stock control, component preparation, and daily production activities, helping to keep production running smoothly while maintaining a clean and safe workspace.

The role offers weekday hours with no weekend work, full training provided, and a monthly bonus scheme following probation.

Qualifications

• Experience in production, warehouse operations, stock control, stores, or manufacturing environment would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and replenishing components for production teams
• Checking incoming stock deliveries and booking items into stock systems
• Monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages
• Preparing cables and components ready for assembly
• Supporting annual stock-taking activities
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and well-organised working environment
• Assisting with general operational and site maintenance duties as required
• Using Microsoft Excel and Word to support stock and production processes

We are currently recruiting on behalf of one of our valued manufacturing clients for a Part-Time Production Assistant to join their friendly and established team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on role, takes pride in staying organised, and wants to play a key part in supporting a busy production environment. Working as part of a close-knit team, you'll help ensure materials, stock, and components are always prepared and readily available, helping production run smoothly and efficiently. Whether you have experience in production, warehouse operations, stock control, stores, or picking and packing, we'd love to hear from you. The RoleAs a Production Assistant, you'll be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the assembly department, including:

• Preparing and replenishing components for production teams
