A leading manufacturing company in Doncaster is seeking a Production and Quality Coordinator. The role involves maintaining production and quality records, supporting the Quality department, and assisting with audits. Ideal candidates are motivated, detail-oriented, and have experience in operations, preferably within an FMCG environment. This is a full-time permanent position with office hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within an operations environment is essential.
  • FMCG or manufacturing experience preferred.
  • Flexibility during periods of annual leave and audits required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Production & Quality records.
  • Provide support to Quality department.
  • Administer production and quality paperwork.
  • Assist with Quality audits.
  • Produce relevant reports as required.

Job Description:
The Position

Applications are invited for a Production and Quality Coordinator based at our Nortech Ltd, Doncaster Site. This is a full-time, permanent position, working office hours Monday to Friday.

Being part of a small team, you will be involved in the day-to-day running of the Company and will be integral in helping to drive the business forward.

As a Production and Quality Coordinator, your duties and responsibilities will vary based on the Factory requirements but will include:

  • Maintaining the day-to-day Production & Quality records, including stock counts, training records, and mandatory health surveillance records.
  • Providing support to the Nortech Quality department as required.
  • Collecting and administering the production and quality paperwork.
  • Assisting with Quality audits.
  • Producing relevant reports and information as required by management.
  • Providing relevant information in a timely manner during product traces.
  • Any other ad hoc projects/duties.

Requirements

  • You must be a motivated and committed individual, able to work under pressure.
  • Understanding of Health and Safety legislation in the workplace.
  • Understanding of audit requirements in relation to quality.
  • Experience of working within an operations environment.
  • Experience of working within an FMCG or other manufacturing organisation.
  • Be able to work on your own or as part of a team.
  • You must have an eye for detail.
  • Have excellent organisational skills.
  • Flexibility in respect of working hours, during periods of annual leave within the team and when business needs require this, e.g., when audits are being completed.
  • You should be an experienced administrator and be able to prioritise workloads.
