How You’ll Help Us Make Health Happen

  • Running and delivering the production month-end process
  • Running and technical support of operational reporting and ad-hoc analytics
  • Design and technical support of testing solutions for enterprise-wide projects and carry out that testing in the data analytics space
  • Work with data from multiple different systems and hosting environments for the creation of datasets prior to loading into the Analytics Datamarts or Enterprise Data Warehouse/platform
  • Be the technical and development driver between the Data Operations and Voice Analytics teams. Having the objective of owning the integration of voice and claims data, where technically possible, calling on colleagues across both teams as necessary
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is maintained and updated after any change, e.g., the service catalogue, data dictionary, entity relationship diagrams, operations manual, etc.
  • Consult with and manage working services across UKI D&A, internal customers and partners as required

Key Skills / Qualifications Needed For This Role

  • Experience using industry-standard tools and processing with large, complex, and intricate datamarts and datasets
  • Experience with healthcare and finance datasets is an advantage
  • Experience in database programming languages is essential
  • Experience working with RDMS like as Oracle or SQL Server and cloud-based data platforms - Snowflake preferred
  • Experience in at least one SQL dialect (T-SQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, MYSQL) and SAS language is essential
  • Understanding of voice data advantageous
  • Experience in process change, including reconciliation of outputs
  • Ability to solve complex problems and communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ability to work independently but also within a busy and challenging team environment, being flexible in taking on various activities
