Job description

As a Production Administrator, you’ll play a key role in the warehouse and administration department, working closely with production in a well-established warehouse and office environment. With a clear pathway for progression, this is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills and grow into a stable role.

You’ll be responsible for providing essential administrative support to the operations department and ensuring smooth communication and operations between the warehouse and office environment.

This is a part-time role, working around 20/25 hours per week. Hours are flexible to work around you.

As Production Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Order Processing, Despatches and Invoicing
  • Customer Enquiries – Providing customers with product samples, product information and quotations.
  • Supporting the General Manager in various sales activities to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Customer Complaints – Support the process of customer complaint handling by ensuring that complaints are handled in a timely fashion by QA.
  • Support both the General Manager and QA in the resolution of queries, by seeking out information and undertake any other duties commensurate with the smooth running of the business.
  • Monthly Stock take – prepare stock take sheets, review and input data and make ready for submission to accounts and directors.

As Production Administrator, you’ll have experience:

  • Working in a warehouse or office environment
  • Dealing with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills to liaise across departments
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
