What will you do? Make an impact!

You will be responsible for administrating the efficient receiving of packaged and bulk deliveries into the site, liaising with the Production Admin Co-Ordinator and Planning Manager. This includes accurate documentation and record maintenance. You will also operate the weighbridge and assist the Planning and Technical Managers as required.

Duties/Responsibilities

  1. Liaising with the site, planning manager, and customer services to forecast deliveries and report deviations for continuous improvement.
  2. Controlling site access via the weighbridge, ensuring safety and security procedures, including documentation checks and inductions for drivers and contractors.
  3. Booking consignments into and out of the site safely and in compliance with management systems.
  4. Collecting and processing relevant paperwork and data entry into systems.
  5. Maintaining spreadsheets for data management and reporting.
  6. Raising purchase requisitions and orders in SAP for production and management requests.
  7. Assisting in preparing procedures, competency tests, and training within the department.
  8. Compiling reports for various departments, including budgeting reports.
  9. Representing the company professionally in dealings with customers, suppliers, and outside agencies.
  10. Performing other duties as assigned by the Production Admin Co-Ordinator or Technical Manager.
