Production Admin Coordinator

Description:

Tradebe is currently looking for a Production Admin Coordinator to be based on site in Heysham.

In this role, you will be:

  • Coordinating the efficient operation of production admin and gatehouse tasks, ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and timely; training and supervising production administrators within the gatehouse; operating the weighbridge when required; assisting the Technical Manager as needed.

The role:

  • Controlling access to the site via the weighbridge, following all safety and security procedures, including documentation checks and inductions for drivers & contractors.
  • Booking consignments of material into and out of the site safely and effectively, complying with management system requirements.
  • Collecting relevant paperwork from all receipt points, processing, and entering data into relevant systems.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets for data management and reporting on compliance or costs.
  • Raising purchase requisitions and orders in SAP as needed for production, as requested by the site management team.
  • Assisting in preparing procedures and competency tests, including training, auditing, and maintaining competency workbooks.
  • Compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for various departments, including budgeting reports.
  • Representing the company professionally in dealings with customers, suppliers, outside agencies, and the public.
  • Performing any other relevant duties as assigned by the Technical Manager.
