Job Description:

Product transfer operatives are required at our leading pet food factory located in the North Scarle area of Lincoln.

As a Production Transfer Operative, your responsibilities include the efficient transfer of products from production to packing, minimizing waste and ensuring high standards of quality control. You will also assist with raw material transfers and provide cover for waste management. Flexibility to support various factory areas is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Ensure traceability of products, including quantities within the WIP bin installation.
2. Purge products to prevent cross-contamination.
3. Follow the production plan to fit the correct size mesh screens to the Mogensen sieves according to the product matrix.
4. Set up Tomra optical sorters to suit the incoming product.
5. Collect and collate all regrind collection bins and totes at the end of each production run, print tickets, and manage regrind totes for mill operators.
6. Assist with raw material transfers into the mill as an FLT driver.
7. Provide cover for site waste management as required.
