Join Our Award-Winning Team as a Retail Regional Sales Trainer

Position Details:

• Type: Full Time, Permanent
• Salary: £27,000 per annum + up to 10% bonus (OTE £29,700) + hybrid company car
• Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday, with some flexibility for occasional weekends
• Territory: Midlands

Working with the Haier team, you will represent the brands in retail and at events, delivering interactive training to retail staff both face-to-face and virtually. You will also maintain store standards, conduct merchandising, and ensure product compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, learner-led training sessions in stores and remotely
• Become an expert in Haier, Hoover, and Candy brands and products
• Motivate retail colleagues to recommend our products and increase sales
• Support retail outlets, regional contacts, and participate in trade and customer events

Requirements:

• UK driving license for at least 12 months
• Passion for technology and ability to adapt training to different learning styles
• Experience in retail and training
• Strong IT skills, including PowerPoint and data analysis
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to travel within the UK and overseas (Ireland)
• Flexibility for occasional weekend events or training sessions
