Job Description

Across Brambles, our Digital activity focuses on three ‘Big Rocks’: Asset Digitisation, Digital Customer Solutions & Advanced Analytics. While Asset Digitisation and Advanced Analytics primarily aim to drive internal growth and profitability, Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) is dedicated to creating value for current and future customers by addressing their supply chain challenges.

We leverage CHEP's extensive scale across global supply chains with advanced digital capabilities, offering insights to improve product quality, reduce waste, and enhance business performance.

The role of Product Technical Program Manager is a senior position within the DCS team. The primary responsibility is to oversee planning and execution of activities within the Solutions team and manage the overall DCS roadmap.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and evolve the 2-year DCS discovery and delivery roadmap, facilitating decisions and communication.
  • Lead ideation by gathering and assessing ideas and requests.
  • Conduct discovery research to validate and evaluate customer problems and proposed solutions.
  • Gather customer insights through NPS, feedback, and user groups.
  • Track OKRs and prepare for Quarterly Planning Conferences, coordinating with teams across Brambles.
  • Manage the comprehensive DCS master roadmap to maximize solution-market fit, delivery, ROI, and value creation.
  • Lead quarterly planning, balancing customer and business demands with available resources.
  • Facilitate roadmap reviews with stakeholders, generating options and analyses.
  • Coordinate the collection and assessment of new ideas and customer problems for the solution roadmaps.
  • Proactively gather and communicate customer feedback, tracking performance and fostering continuous improvement.
  • Ensure smooth delivery of discovery activities through direct reports.
  • Coordinate planning and stakeholder alignment for the next quarter.
  • Implement maturity improvement strategies across processes, fostering continuous learning.
  • Lead, manage, and develop the direct report team.
  • Collaborate with Commercial and Product Development teams to align on goals and scope changes.
  • Manage program activities, including vendor relationships and resource allocation.
  • Adjust program scope and timelines based on customer needs.
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals.
  • Track key milestones and advise executive management on adjustments.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or Business.
  • Professional qualification in Product, Project Management, or Business Planning.
  • Successful experience in roles such as Product Management, Project Management, or Business Planning within relevant contexts.
  • Leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with Jira, including Jira Align.
  • Over 5 years of experience in SaaS/IoT product environments.
  • Experience managing projects/products through various lifecycle techniques (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is desirable.
