Job Responsibilities

Across Brambles, our Digital activity is focused on three ‘Big Rocks’ of Asset Digitisation, Digital Customer Solutions & Advanced Analytics. While Asset Digitisation and Advanced Analytics are primarily centered on driving internal growth and profitability, the focus of Digital Customer Solutions (DCS) is to drive value for Brambles’ current and future customers by solving their challenges across their supply chains.

We combine CHEP's unrivaled scale across global supply chains with new, advanced digital capabilities. This means we can offer businesses with complex supply chains new insights that help them to improve product quality, reduce waste, and drive better business performance.

The Technical Program Manager role is a senior member of the DCS team, responsible for managing the planning and execution of all activities covered by the Solutions team and overseeing the overall DCS roadmap process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evolving the rolling 2-year DCS discovery and delivery roadmap (creating options, facilitating decisions & communicating).
  • Ideation (gathering and assessing ideas & requests).
  • Discovery (research, validate and value customer problems and proposed solutions).
  • Customer insights (Net Promoter Score, customer feedback, and user groups).
  • OKRs tracking and Quarterly Planning Conference preparation including coordination with teams across Brambles.
  • Managing the DCS master roadmap covering all discovery and delivery activities for all solutions to maximize solution-market fit, delivery of vision and targets, and ROI-value creation.
  • Leading the decision process for the next quarter plan, balancing customer and business demands with resources.
  • Leading roadmap review and updates involving stakeholders, balancing various priorities, and generating analysis.
  • Leading ideation, collecting, and assessing new ideas and customer problems for solution roadmaps.
  • Managing customer insights & NPS processes to gather feedback and track performance.
  • Ensuring the delivery velocity and smooth operation of discovery activities.
  • Coordinating QPC preparation and handshake processes for quarterly planning.
  • Implementing continuous learning and improvements in processes.
  • Leading, managing, and developing the direct report team.
  • Collaborating with Commercial and Product Development teams to align customer goals and objectives.
  • Managing program activities, resources, scope, and timing to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
  • Tracking key milestones and advising executive management on adjustments.
Experience and Qualifications

Essential

  • Degree in Technology, Engineering, Science, or Business.
  • Professional qualification in Product Management, Project Management, or Business Planning.
  • Experience in roles such as Product Management, Project Management, Portfolio Management, Business Planning, or IT Business Analysis within a similar context.
  • People leadership experience.
  • Proficiency with Jira tooling, including Jira Align.
  • 5+ years in SaaS/IoT product environments with broad technical expertise.
  • Experience managing projects/products through various lifecycle techniques (agile, waterfall).
  • Fluency in English.

Desirable

  • Experience in startups or small tech businesses.
  • Knowledge of supply chains in FMCG and Food industries.
  • Fluency in Spanish.
