Our New Product Development team is at the heart of innovation, creating cutting- edge solutions that redefine beauty and technology. As part of the Product Team, we drive exciting projects from concept to launch, transforming ideas into groundbreaking products that captivate consumers.
As Product Team Manager, you will lead and inspire our team of Product Technologists, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and guiding innovation across our portfolio. You’ll play a pivotal role in steering both existing and future product categories, while providing strategic input into intellectual property, trademarks, and patents to safeguard our business.

1st stage – An informal 30-minute video call with the hiring team to discuss your skills and relevant experience. This is a great opportunity to find out more about the role and to ask any questions you may have.
2nd Stage – A one-hour interview where you can expect competency questions. In most cases this is held in person.
