Description

  • FTC 6 Months

We're seeking an energetic and inspiring Product Team Leader to join our team. As a Product Team Leader, you will lead, inspire, and empower your store team to deliver an exceptional customer journey and create a great workplace environment. You will be an expert in product handling and continuously strive to enhance the customer experience through excellent visual presentation and high-quality customer service. You will support the Product and Commercial Manager in developing the team and maintaining operational standards, ultimately driving sales, KPIs, and team performance.

About The Role

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver outstanding product placement and eye-catching wearable outfits.
  • Maintain high visual standards with the customer journey as a priority.
  • Confidently manage store operations, including service, team, and daily tasks.
  • Assist the Commercial / Product Manager in empowering the store team to prioritize customer experience.
  • Understand and utilize commercial tools to drive sales and performance.
  • Take responsibility for store KPIs such as sales, stock loss, payroll, conversion rates, customer feedback, and RFID.
  • Support compliance with health & safety standards and store operations.
  • Develop the store team to be motivated, high-performing, and valued.
