Job Purpose
To grow Stryker's Joint Replacement business by promoting Hip and Knee products to Orthopaedic Surgeons and optimizing customer service, growing existing accounts through technical expertise.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities

- Market Observations: Analyze responsible area for opportunities.
- Challenge Resolution: Address challenges with the customer and develop solutions.
- Meetings Participation: Participate in in-house meetings to discuss organizational issues.
- CRM Administration: Administration of IT-based customer database/CRM-Tool.
Clinical/Technical Expertise
- Serve as front-line clinical and technical support to surgeons and hospital staff.
- Train and guide surgeons in the use of Stryker’s Mako robot.
- Use proprietary software for pre-operative planning.
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to the robot.
- Partner with Field Service team to resolve technical issues.
- Build knowledge of Stryker implants and instrumentation.
- Educate surgeons on clinical benefits and best practices.
- Complete necessary training for robotic-assisted surgery applications.
- Develop ability to competently cover complex procedures.
