The Job's Mission

The Stryker Product Support Specialist supports all Stryker products related to Joint Replacement procedures, including robotic surgery with Mako. The role focuses on servicing and supporting clinical customers to ensure procedural excellence and exceptional service delivery.

Additional duties include coordinating training and events with the sales team and managing daily business support requirements.

Key Activities & Accountabilities
  • Servicing existing and new customers in theatre and clinical environments.
  • Supporting MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacements.
  • Training theatre and HCP staff on Stryker products.
  • Collaborating with regional teams to maintain high service standards.
  • Auditing theatre stock and managing inventory.
  • Understanding clinical applications to offer optimal solutions.
  • Conducting product trials and evaluations.
  • Organizing and delivering training workshops and events.
  • Communicating product features and benefits effectively.
  • Maintaining high ethical standards and professionalism.
  • Following up on customer needs and supporting sales initiatives.
  • Developing and monitoring personal business plans.
  • Understanding regional healthcare strategies.

Education
