The Job's Mission: The Stryker Product Support Specialist is responsible for directly supporting all Stryker products related to Joint Replacement procedures, including robotic surgery with Mako. This role focuses on servicing and supporting clinical customers to achieve best-in-class support and procedural excellence. Additional responsibilities include coordinating training and events with the local sales team and managing daily business support to ensure exceptional customer service.

Key Activities & Accountabilities
  • Servicing existing and new customers within theatre and clinical environments.
  • Supporting MAKO robotic procedures and manual joint replacements.
  • Providing training on Stryker products to theatre and HCP staff.
  • Collaborating with regional team members and the Regional Sales Manager to ensure top-tier service.
  • Auditing theatre stock, managing inventory, and asset management.
  • Understanding clinical applications to offer optimal solutions.
  • Conducting product trials and evaluations.
  • Implementing training, organizing workshops, and supporting new product introductions.
  • Communicating product features and benefits effectively.
  • Maintaining high ethical standards, respect, and professionalism.
  • Following through on commitments and observing customer needs.
  • Developing business plans and understanding regional healthcare strategies.
  • Performing additional duties as directed by the RSM.
Education
  • Experience in theatre or medical environments preferred; industry background advantageous.
