Job Description:

Work Flexibility: Field-based

The role involves providing clinical product support to end users, including on-site guidance during surgical procedures, training, and customer education. Responsibilities include feedback on product design, supporting surgical teams with robotic applications, preparing pre-operative scans, maintaining equipment and inventory, supporting demonstrations, and assisting in sales growth.

  • Train surgeons and OR staff on robotic systems and associated equipment.
  • Use proprietary software for pre-operative planning and assist in implant positioning.
  • Generate reports on case reviews and service activities, and manage inventory and sales orders.
  • Support product demonstrations and customer training programs.
  • Handle customer complaints promptly and support product issue resolution.
  • Support sales initiatives and build relationships with key surgeons and OR staff.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to increase product awareness.
  • Support manual and revision cases, and manage key account relationships.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma; Bachelor’s degree preferred in business or a related technical field.
  • 2+ years' experience in sales or technical roles within healthcare or related industries.
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, business systems, and office technology.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 70% of the time.
