Job Description:

We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated professional responsible for driving Stryker’s Joint Replacement and Robotics business in Sussex. You will be trained and certified to support the Mako Smart Robotics programme, providing technical expertise to support sales and training. This role offers growth opportunities within a leading medical technology company, focused on improving healthcare outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop effective territory sales strategies to drive growth.
  2. Achieve annual sales targets and key performance indicators.
  3. Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and technical support for robotic applications and associated equipment.
  4. Utilize proprietary software for pre-operative planning and assist in implant procedures.
  5. Build relationships with stakeholders in NHS and private sectors, including surgeons, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals.
  6. Conduct product demonstrations and clinical training.
  7. Offer in-theatre product support for manual and robotic cases.
  8. Collaborate effectively with team members and across divisions.
  9. Participate in professional congresses and events.
  10. Maintain and update knowledge of products, technology, and market trends.
