We’re looking for a talented, highly motivated professional to drive Stryker’s Joint Replacement and Robotics business in Hampshire. You will be trained and certified in the Mako Smart Robotics programme, providing a technical edge in selling Stryker’s products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Develop an effective territory sales strategy to drive growth.
- Achieve annual sales targets and key performance objectives.
- Provide surgeons and operating room staff with training and technical support on robotic applications, equipment, and instruments for optimal results.
- Utilize proprietary software to prepare pre-operative CT scans, assist in implant planning, sizing, and positioning.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders in NHS and private sectors, including consultants, theatre managers, nursing staff, procurement, and finance professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and clinical staff training.
- Support manual and robotic cases in theatre.
- Collaborate effectively within the team.
- Participate in professional congresses and events.
- Maintain and update product, technology, and market knowledge.
- Coordinate with other Stryker divisions to increase market share.
