As a Product Support Engineer - Rail, you will conduct routine maintenance and repairs on rail products, adhering to manuals and contractual requirements, and embrace digitalisation.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance as per schedule and manuals.
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities and suggest enhancements.
  • Conduct planned maintenance following operating instructions.
  • Attend customer meetings for work sign-off.
  • Perform fault finding and repairs using technical documentation.
  • Complete documentation for all activities.
  • Engage in HSQE management processes.
  • Maintain cleanliness of facilities.
  • Attend training to keep skills current.
  • Participate in 24/7 shift work and callouts.
  • Work as a mobile engineer with provided van if needed.
  • Perform other related activities as required.
  • Report parts used accurately for stock control.
  • Utilize IT systems effectively.
