What's the Opportunity?

We are looking for Product Support Consultants (Bilingual - English and French) to join our support team to help our customers use Zenoti effectively to run their business. This team works Mon- Friday - 9 AM - 6 PM UK time, and so our consultants have to work at times when our customers need help. Applicants to this role will need to be flexible since their shift assignment will be based on the needs of our customers. We will work with you to ensure your hours are consistent over a long time horizon to maintain a healthy work-life balance. This will be an in-office position based in Manchester, UK.

What Will I be doing?

  • Receive inbound help requests from customers via phone, chat, and email.
  • Own customer-reported issues and see problems through to resolution; advocate for our customers.
  • Consult with customers to ensure their business operations run effectively on Zenoti.
  • Research, document, and prioritize customer issues, using internal tools and escalation teams, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Raise issues to higher support levels as needed; recognize when help is required.
  • Be a trusted advisor to our customers on Zenoti products, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in product functionality and help customers effectively.
  • Provide peer mentorship to team members.
  • Create knowledge base materials to improve operational efficiency and support the support community.
  • Take pride in your work and obsess over quality.
  • Provide feedback to influence product development based on customer challenges.

What Skills do I need?

  • Minimum 1 year in a public-facing service position requiring frequent customer engagement, speaking English and French/Spanish/Dutch/German; hospitality or retail background preferred.
  • Experience with Point-of-Sale or reservations systems.
  • Tenaciousness and perseverance.
  • Technologically curious with self-learning ability.
