An IT Business Solutions firm is looking for a Product Support Analyst to enhance user experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365. The role involves troubleshooting applications, creating training materials, and monitoring system performance. We are searching for a Product Support Analyst to join our client’s IT Business Solutions team, supporting users and applications on Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role is key to ensuring effective use of D365 and driving continuous improvements through the Power Platform.
Responsibilities
- Support and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 applications
- Act as first point of contact for user issues
- Document user requirements and enhancement specs
- Create test cases and user training materials
- Deliver training and support for Power BI reporting
- Monitor system performance and suggest improvements
- Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365
- Strong skills with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI
- Confident in analysing issues and documenting solutions
- Clear communicator with technical and non-technical users
