Certikin International is seeking a Product Support Advisor to join our busy Liners & Covers Division. We are a leading brand providing everything needed to build, refurbish, and maintain residential and commercial swimming pools and spa/wellness centers. Based at our Head Office in Witney, Oxfordshire, the successful candidate will handle technical enquiries, specify products, and provide quotations for liners & covers, ensuring high customer service standards.

The role involves:

• Liaising with customers and building lasting relationships
• Handling customer email and telephone enquiries of a technical and sales nature promptly and effectively
• Providing written and verbal quotations for products related to the Liners & Covers Division
• Dealing with technical enquiries referred by the Sales Order Processing Department
• Receiving and inputting orders via telephone and email based on quotations and technical advice
• Accompanying Divisional Management or colleagues on customer or supplier visits as needed
• Occasionally attending trade shows and seminars
• Liaising with External Sales Executives
• Promoting product initiatives and supporting designated lines
• Maintaining product knowledge to influence and develop sales, including upselling
• Providing documentation such as product specifications as required
• Maintaining knowledge of the in-house system to manage enquiries regarding delivery and stock availability

What you will bring to the role:

• Experience in the swimming pool industry is desirable but not essential
• Technical skills, practical thinking, and a strong sales focus
• Knowledge of account management or sales experience is advantageous
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software
