This role focuses on sales of Water and Wastewater SaaS software solutions. Based in Belgium and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager - Autodesk Water Infrastructure EMEA, you will be responsible for direct and channel sales of Autodesk's Innovyze product in your territory. Your activities will include engaging with customers who design, manage, and operate water & wastewater infrastructure, leveraging your hydrologic or hydraulic engineering expertise. This position values hybrid working, but note that there are no offices in this region.

Responsibilities

  1. You will work with end-users involved in water & wastewater infrastructure projects. This is a sales role focused on individual contribution.
  2. You will target Water Infrastructure product sales within your assigned territory, prospecting and selling complex software products and services to SMB and enterprise customers.
  3. You will understand customer requirements to recommend and sell Autodesk's Water Infrastructure products or industry solutions.
  4. You will educate customers and channel partners on subscription-based licensing models (Software and SaaS).
  5. You will expand opportunities and increase deal sizes by cross-selling Autodesk products.
  6. You will develop and maintain territory account plans and financial forecasts.
  7. You will present sales forecasts and meet sales targets.
  8. You will utilize Autodesk's sales methodologies and tools.
  9. You will engage in account planning, including profiling, positioning, needs analysis, and long-term account management strategies.

Minimum qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in the BeNeLux Water sector.
  • Passion for building relationships with strategic customers and channel partners.
  • Fluency in Flemish and English (written and verbal).

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in the European water and wastewater sector.
  • 3+ years of quota-carrying sales experience selling complex B2B Software/SaaS into civil/hydrologic/hydraulic engineering.
  • Experience with consultative sales methodologies like outcome selling.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce.com or similar CRM tools.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
