Clinical Sales Specialist / Product Specialist

  • National role with travel as needed.
  • GBP55-60k basic salary (negotiable for the right candidate) / GBP12k commission plus additional bonuses.

Role

The Clinical Sales Specialist / Product Specialist collaborates with the sales team to support national sales growth through:

  • Assisting with new installations and implementations
  • Educating customers and colleagues
  • Providing strategic guidance and sales support
  • Engaging with Key Opinion Leaders and stakeholders
  • Offering high-level product support and expertise in patient monitoring

This role is not a traditional sales position but involves driving sales through deep product and market knowledge. The successful candidate will be measured against UK sales targets via the sales team and KPIs.

Applicant Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the patient monitoring market
  • Strong understanding of IT connectivity and networked patient monitoring solutions within hospitals
  • Commercial acumen; experience in product management, clinical support, sales, or KOL engagement is preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills and stakeholder engagement abilities
