This role supports chemistry and immunoassay analyzers, along with pre- and post-analytical lab solutions, contributing to high-quality patient care through excellent technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide installation support, system configuration, and workflow design
• Deliver user training, technical troubleshooting, and software updates
• Optimize system performance and ensure customer satisfaction
• Assist with product demonstrations, tender support, and technical consultancy
• Travel across Scotland and North of England to support customer sites
